BRESSER MESSIER 8″ DOBSONIAN Telescope
The BRESSER Messier 8” Dobsonian telescope is a remarkable breakthrough. Despite its affordable price, this telescope offers the same versatility and quality as much more expensive models.
With its 203mm (8”) optical diameter, it goes beyond observing solar system objects like the moon and planets. You can delve deeper into the night sky and explore globular and open clusters, nebulae, and galaxies. This telescope reveals previously unseen details in these objects, with globular clusters showing individual stars and nebulae displaying intricate structures.
The Hexafoc focuser sets a new standard for versatility, accommodating large widefield eyepieces without vignetting. The sturdy altitude wheels handle heavy eyepieces with ease, and the tube can be adjusted for perfect balance, even with additional accessories like a binocular viewer. The rigid focuser ensures precise focusing, making it suitable for astrophotography.
The telescope can be easily adapted for astrophotography by removing the altitude wheels and attaching a dovetail for mounting on an equatorial mount. The optional 10:1 gear reduction further enhances image sharpness. The compact and easy-to-assemble/disassemble design of the rocker box adds to its convenience. This telescope sets a new standard in usability, versatility, and performance within its price range.
Please note: While reflector telescopes with a Newtonian optical design are excellent for observing the night sky, they are not suitable for daytime landscape and nature observation. For such purposes, we recommend BRESSER refractor telescopes.
