Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Customers are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receiving their purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

  4. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on their financial institution.

  5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including digital downloads, gift cards, and personalized/customized items, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders within India. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.

  3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed next business day.

  4. Shipping Confirmation: Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing them to track their package’s delivery status, altrnatively you can track them here.

  5. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of orders, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

  6. Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping in such cases.
